INSPIRATION FOR SEASONAL, STUNNING BLOOMS

Hi!! I wanted to post a quick update, because we w Hi!! I wanted to post a quick update, because we will be pressing pause on all future wedding and event bookings for the moment.

I love this business, my clients, and being present for one of life’s biggest adventures. We use flowers to signify our most universal human experiences, and to tell our stories in ways that words cannot. This confluence of art, exploring cultural traditions, and helping people celebrate their milestones is what brought me to floral design years ago — and it is why I continue to love what I do!

For better or worse, I am having my own universal human experience, which is its own big, scary milestone. One of my parents is terminally ill.

I will be taking time away this year to manage the million things that come with that. I realized that I can’t promise myself to a calendar full of Seattle-based events. So I’m pressing pause, for now.

That said - I am not closing up the business or anything like that! I just need to take care of my people. Some things in life are worth more than keeping up appearances, and I know y’all understand that.

I love and appreciate all the outstanding support, camaraderie, and compassion from all my clients, fellow biz owners, and flower people. I’m so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community!

-Carolyn

It took three tries during COVID...but they finally managed to get married, to everyone's delight! ⁣
⁣
We packed their ceremony and reception with romantic lavender blooms, candles, and lots of fall gorgeousness. And as always, sometimes the best parts aren't shown on Instagram - like how delightful C&C's family were to hang out with during our setup! 💜⁣
⁣
We were so thrilled to be a part of this stunning wedding day, which was a long time coming. You can see more from their gorgeous wedding over in our galleries, or on the blog (link in bio). These two were the sweetest, and deserve a lifetime of happiness. Happy anniversary, C+C! To many more wonderful years together! 🎉⁣

We love floral installations over here - and we ha We love floral installations over here - and we have them down to a science. They create such amazing "wow" moments during your wedding, give you incredible photos (and backdrops), and set the tone for your guests that this will be an event to remember. ⁣
⁣
We have flowered so many things over the years, from traditional arches, chuppahs, tents, walls, and staircases to even more ambitious works of art. We have created an entire dress out of flowers, used a doorway in a hedge to create a magical floral scene, and even created a Hogwarts-inspired floral installation for the stage. We've also done cars, bars, signs, chandeliers, and more! ⁣
⁣
Whatever you can dream up, we can do it. Or if you need a little help - that's where our creative process comes in. We love collaborating with our clients to craft the wedding of their wildest dreams, especially when it comes to big, audacious statement pieces!⁣

Reach out now (link in bio) and let's chat - I have a way of getting what's in your head into something that is a concrete, doable plan, and it's one of my favorite parts of the job. ⁣

Happy fall, y'all 🍁⁣ ⁣ I don't think we'll Happy fall, y'all 🍁⁣

I don't think we'll ever tire of looking at this incredible farm-grown palette from @sweet.alyssum.farm's fall wedding last year. We used so many glorious fall beauties - from big stunners like that orange dahlia the size of your head, to the most delicate, magical floating bits like Jewels of Opar. ⁣
⁣
No two of our weddings are alike, because no two couples are alike. And in this spectacular case - the bride grew all her own flowers for a literal farm-to-table soiree! We love designing any event that requires a little extra planning, imagination, or memorability. Our favorite thing is to develop designs that create a shared experience that has everyone gushing - even long after your wedding day.⁣
⁣
We want to elevate your event through floral design, using the best of local, seasonal flowers in an artful, playful, and meaningful way. Your flowers will look like they could only have been for your wedding - not someone else's. And you'll hear people constantly asking, "What is that?!" while pointing to flowers - because nothing we craft is run-of-the-mill. (It helps to be friends with farmers who grow all the beautiful, strange, and wonderful things we love to work with.) ⁣
⁣
Are you hoping for an event that lives up to your expectations - and working with a team that loves every moment? We're booking limited dates for 2024 and we'd love to hear from you - link in bio to inquire!!⁣⁣
